May 30, 2002 - Smackdown:

Mr. McMahon is on his cell phone discussing Chris Benoit's actions on Monday Night Raw. McMahon said that since Benoit was inactive, he could be on whichever show he wanted, even though he had been drafted by SmackDown!

As he spoke, a young lady entered his office. She introduced herself as Dawn Marie, a paralegal at Mr. McMahon's lawyer's firm. Dawn said she had some papers for him to sign, and while Stacy Keibler usually tells her not to bring papers to him directly, she figured she would drop them by since Stacy was in NY, at the Tough Enough 2 finals.

While Dawn showed Vince the papers, Vince made sure he got a good look at her cleavage and short skirt. He then invited her to sit down for a bit while they reviewed the papers.

As Vince was about to review both the papers and Dawn Marie, Chris Jericho barged in, complaining about having to face Faarooq on SmackDown!

Vince said that he knew what a competitor Jericho was, and since Triple H had a match, he didn't want to see The Game outdo Jericho. Jericho then left the room. Mr. McMahon refocused his attention to Dawn Marie, who said she had all night!
